If you feel the furniture in the house are old enough and need to be replaced then you can use that as a gift for you mom and dad, buying them a new set of furniture of TV sets or other type of electronic that have worn out in the house they will be happy and anytime they see the set of furniture or TV set they will remember the gift you gave to them.
